You think Off The Record is healthy?
I mean the survivor would legit have to do absolutely nothing for 80 seconds. Which in turn helps killer in a sense.
is def strong but as far as you fo anything helpfull is gone, goner. u can take a hit and thats strong and may watch for it.
Nurse is just gonna be a much worse experience than already is.

New Dead Hard is better than current Dead Hard versus Nurse. The dash is irrelevant, the attack nullification is what made it good, which got doubled. (0.5s of immunity->1s of Endurance), and gives even more distance if proc'd.

doesnt make it any better overall experience agaisnt nurse who def needs a nerf anyway, not like dead hard holded a decent nurse back from winning most of her games specially with certain addons.

is not. only nurse mains believe she is balanced, she is not even close to be balanced.
they know how to, they added tokens to her powers once wich supposed a nerf to her kit back in the day, now what they need to do is revist her addons again.
easy to nerf her. increase the time it takes to recharge tokens by a lot and remove all Recharge Addons. Also, increase the fatigue when using certain addons like Range addons aswell as an aditional slowdown to recharge her tokens.
That would not nerf her Strenght directly, but give Survivors more time to hold W and extend a Chase.
Would this be fun for either Side ? No. Would this weaken the Nurse ? A bit.
Would this lessen the Nurse Players ? Probably, cause she would be super painfull to play when everything takes so long. One of the reasons why Legions 4 second fatigue was so hated was because of the duration. Now imagine a 6 second Fatigue on a Nurse if she misses a Blink and she still needs 20 seconds to get her Power back to come after you. Jikes.
