I wouldn't say useless, but def not as useful as it has been to lose the killer in chase.
It won't do much against anyone with good headphones
75% reduction isn't helping at all especially if the killer has stridor or a good headset

You dont need Stridor anymore. Iron Will not reducing Grunts of Pain by 100% is useless. Now Jake has 3 bad Perks instead of 2. Yay.
Even more so now that calm Spirit is even more useless
The calm Spirit change makes no sense,removing sounds from those actions is barely useful already

But Iron will was his only good Perk for years. Now it is just trash, it is either 100% or not using Iron Will, there is nothing between those options.
At max it will work against some Console Killers who dont bother to buy a Headset, because they play with their TV-Speakers, but thats about it.
It is indeed dead. I have amazing headphones and often I could find survs with the current Iron Will by their steps on grass.
With 75% reduction it will be even easier
