Off The Record is now a guaranteed escape if you get hooked in the end game

It gives you Endurance for 80 seconds after being unhooked at tier III, which is insane in the end game, you basically cannot do anything about it if the exit gates are open, but at least this Perk will be used now so that's a plus I can look forward to.

    And DS won't be anymore, so I guess it...balances out?

    Thats fine, tunneling was made easier, so you wont have that many Survivors reach Endgame anyway.

    I'm just glad I have a perk that can give me endurance when I get unhooked. I've been saying I wished BT gave me the endurance when I get unhooked because so often I get farmed off of the hook. So Off the Record is a god send.

    No more hook farms! Rejoice!
