It will be but seems its bugged I just saw it on a stream that pallet didnt break at all.

It's a chase perk for m1 killers that suffer the most because of strong loops.
Maybe because the 3 seconds between a hit and the vault hadn´t passed.
That is such a boring perk survivors have to deal with, no different from spirit fury enduring zZzZzZzzZZzzzZzZ.
Nope it had pass becuz the perk was active.
Your terror radius has to be active. It is not during Nightfall
If its so they have to tell it on the perk description .
It does, from what I am seeing online.
The perk description does say they have to be in your terror radius. So if you’re Undetectable or they’re Oblivious it won’t work.
Did they buff it? The PTB version was really weak. The window of usage was really small and once the survivors understood that you're using Dissolution, they would use the speed buff of getting hit to gain distance, instead of staying the same loop.
If the perk wasn't buffed, I can see it having as much usage as Blood Favor.
