The 1 base kit perk for killer that no one would expect
Fire Up. Not to op, but saves time. Breaking generators, picking people up and taking them to hook, dropping them, and ofc breaking pallets and vaulting are about 1/3 maybe even 1/2 of the time you spend in a normal game. These actions take so much time to do and it's not "gen rushing" that's the problem but it's how long animations take. Fire up base kit would be a nice addition to killers and keep in mind I'm saying this as a survivor main.
Maybe not picking up speeds should be in the kit cause flashlight save timing would be really messed up.

if it had buffed numbers and maybe added in some new stats to buff then sure
Maybe by like 1%. keep in mind this addition is supposed to be a small time saver not a huge buff.

You could make alot of perks base tbh.
But dont mess with the pickup speed, I really dont wanna learn 5 pickup speeds and many pickup animations just for a flashlight save...
That's my one issue with this, dont care about the rest lol
