We need a "replay" feature.
So games with cheaters could be sent to BHVR without having to upload a 1GB video.
Also, in a replay, we could check what happened off-camera (e.g. players speeding up or teleporting).
It could even have an indication of the speed and perk used.

They recently said in a Q&A that a replay system is impossible with the games current infrastructure.
Impossible like turning a p2p game into a server sided one?
Even SCII, an engine developed way back in 2006/7-ish can provide a functioning replay feature. BHVR which uses an engine which was developed at least since 2015 should be a piece of cake.
Embarrassing to say the least.
Would be cool and not have to rely on xbox captures which don't work 80% of the time
It's hard for me to understand why.
It only needs to tell which variation of what map it is playing in (pretty basic)
And then it only need to store the position, direction and action from each actor during each tick.
I would first be stored in a memory file (so no peeking) and then flushed to disk at the end of the game.
Replaying would be consistent in using the stored values for the actors. Something pretty easy to do with UE4.
This would be so awesome. I would love to keep highlight/goof reels. My goofs would probably win youtube.
Would be awesome.
But they don´t want to - to expensive, to time consuming, no reward.
I bet they could implement it if they want to.
