Why not adding 1 or 2 hooks on the top of the RPD library?
I could understand if you don't add it for a camping question, because actually it can only be accessed by a staircase and the killer could block the passage, but if you think about it also the new crow map has a very similar hook in the main building, so why not implement it in the RPD map as well?

They likely will. They added a hook to the second floor old Thompson House when that was an issue, so there's a good chance they'll do it again.
It don´t need to be upstairs. There is sometimes one in the library and that is enough.
The question is when. With the time the RPD map exists, this should have been adressed months ago. But now it became more obvious due to Boil Over.
Maybe in the next or the patch after that... so 6-12 weeks if at all.
It took BHVR over 2 years to fix some completely broken spots on maps where you couldn't pick people up.
So...2024?
They're really going to have to if they intend to leave Boil Over in its current state.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8v1Zon6xsWg&ab_channel=JDFLIXIt's not just RPD. Several maps have defacto 'unhookable' spots, even if they require a bit of bodyblocking. It's so, so easy for a SWF to completely take the match hostage on these. IWOM is another good example.
