Complete rework of the Bloodweb system plus a newer approach into presitiging characters

I feel the bloodweb needs a complete overhaul and rework along with the perks now that this game has A TON of new perks. let's start off by getting rid of tier 1 and 2 perks and just making all perks tier 3. then once thats been solved let's get rid of all the useless add ons and offerings. then after thats solved we need a reason to prestige our characters because its a huge sacrifice and its not worth losing EVERYTHING just for some blood soaked clothes when we have access to A LOT of store outfits that look better.

    I may be remembering thigs wrongly but there was a point in this game like a year ago where you can get two maxed out perks from the blood web but they changed it so that's incredibly difficult to get that in the blood web now.

    Either way just remove tiers on perks, its dumb.

    this needs to happen eventually because the bloodpoints MOST of it is wasted on useless things in the blood web like key add ons, map add ons and so many other things that aren't interesting. just imagine how better this game would be when players can have access to perk builds easily. We also need to rework how you have to reach level 15 per character to have all 4 perk slots to be open..... such an outdated mechanic. NEEDS A COMPLETE REWORK ASAP

    No don't get rid of tiering perks! Leave it alone, also perks need reworks and buffs (Up the Ante, This is Not Happening etc) This to me should take priority over the other things but this is just my opinion

    why not? tier 1 and 2 perks suck anyway. people can't enjoy the game when they have their perks at tier 1 or 2. they also need to rework most perks but getting rid of tier perks is the first step in the right direction

    Then that means that when a new chapter comes out killers and survivors are all just gonna use meta because they now have the BP to just get instant meta perks Undying/Ruin/Corrupt/Pop etc and theres no buildup. Thats just me though i think the tiers should stay. "Reworking perks" imo is the first and best step in the right direction.
