Which Two Killers would make the best team?
I'd say Doc and Legion, since people mend while in Madness 3.

Oni and Plague would be pretty terrifying.
Artist plus Freddy isn't that strong, but have fun trying to do gens.
So there's this Bubba in the basement that's surrounded by beartraps...
Plague and Twins would be my suggestion.
better yet, bubba using demo portals.
just imagine Bubba in his pregame stance disappearing down a demo portal like Mario down a pipe.

Legion and oni
Quick injuries and infinite blood for oni
Ooh, that's nasty. I was thinking Oni because it puts survivors in a lose-lose where either cleansing or not cleansing powers one of them up, but Blood Fury loses half of its advantage against sick survivors anyway.
With Twins... it's either Corrupt Purge heaven, or Victor's Extra Fun Field Day with Plague following him around to pick up the bodies so big sis Charlotte can vibe in peace. Brutal.
This but legion and twins as well :)
Little victor following susie and pouncing on everyone she immediately injures and following them to the next one

Pinhead and Pig, good luck getting the trap off with the chains interrupting you constantly.

Plague + Spirit / Pig + Pinhead / Clown + Pinhead (Chain hunt) / Slinger + Huntress
Pig and Artist. Imagine getting sniped by Crowdouken while at a Jigsaw Box.

Freddy turns all of his partners into stealth killers because other killers don't have a lullaby and his dream world makes every survivor oblivious. He would work with many different killers

PH and PH
Artist and Hillbilly. Use the crows to find people across the map, sic Billy on them.
Plague will almost always be the best partner generally speaking simply due to how she works.
I'd say Plague Blight, Plague Nurse
Also for consideration might be Deathslinger Legion
A sort of silly but sneaky one might be Hag and Michael. Since Tier 3 applies survivors with exposed, not gives Michael an insta down Hag teleport hits would be disgusting.
