Suspicious players that leave after tying weird stuff in chat

For a couple of weeks, sometimes in the lobby some players will type 3 chat lines and leaves the lobby immediately. At first I thought it was a joke until it repeated multiple times with the same 3 lines.

Is anyone knows what this is? Is it dome sort of hacking-preparation steps or simply a joke?

    Ping testing maybe? Not sure why you'd do that, though.

    Hacker cult exchanging information for the following matches. Those are signs the end is neigh. Stap on your boots, and grab your backpack, this is the end. I'm sure of it.

    If it's pre game lobby, people used to do that to check how acceptable their ping was. If the messages were slow to come out, they'd leave because it meant their ping wasn't going to be acceptable for the match.

    its usually a ping test but this is actually really outdated and nowdays it doesnt do or prove anything. Guess its a old habbit.
