There's also one of the upcoming nerfed add-ons of Pinhead which is green and will have the same effect of the brown equivalent.

You're absolutely correct with how you're reading it, but in practice Leopard-Print Fabric only works for 0.5s, not 1.5s
i believe they changed it and the brown now takes off 3 WHOLE SECONDS!!!!! Weeeeeeew!!! Hold on BHVR, that might be TOO GOOD! Can't see this NOT being run, gotta be real. Weeeeeee bit op.
wait...they are nerfin PH addons?...in what dumbworld that makes any sense?...most of PH addons are bad, if anything they need buffs or changes to make them more interesting/fun to play with...
They didn’t nerf Pyramid heads addons it’s just a weird mistake it turns out the yellow addon is actually better when they removed the slightly/moderately/considerably stats

Can confirm that the yellow is not better than the brown, and the purple is the best. It's like @CookieBear reported; it's a bug and the yellow is supposed to say 0.5s as that's the effect in practice.
Legion has a similar issue.
