Dead Hard rework idea (+ No Mither)

Dead Hard is strong because it allows survivors to get away from a hit and let them get a free loop simply because they were injured, meanwhile No Mither keeps you permanently injured with little to no benifits that killers are either used to, or just counter outright, so I sat down and decided to think of some changes, here's what I've come up with. Btw just to make this easier on me because the first time I tried posting this I edited it and then it's completely disappeared, I will be writing the perk's effects as if they were already at their max tier.

Dead Hard

You fight hard even at the end of your line

When injured, push your body to the break of it's limits and fight until the bitter end

  • When injured, press the Active Ability button to gain a 8% Haste Status Effect speed buff for 15 seconds
  • While under the Haste buff, you gain 10% speed boost to Vaulting
  • Grunts of Pain are reduced by 100%
  • Pools of Blood take twice as long to spawn and spread and will not brighten for perks or addons

Dead Hard has a 25 second cooldown and cannot be used during this time.

The goal here is to make Dead Hard a dedicated looping perk that would give a similar effect to Hope, yes, this version of Dead Hard is weaker than the current one but I think with the right survivor, it can be used to a good effect, allowing a skilled player to enhance their looping with extra movement speed. I know this can be paired with Blood Pact or especially Hope to make a survivor move faster than 110 killers and as fast as 115 killers, but I think the fact it's limited time and only does this with niche perks is gonna be ok, plus it's perk slots that get sacrificed in place of the meta ones, it's definitely powerful in those situations, but it's either gonna require 2 survivors to work, or gens to be done to work. The other buffs like Vault speed and Iron will just make it more effective during it's duration rather than a speed boost, reinforcing the fact that this is made for those loop extensions

No Mither

Go on out, kid, it's just a scratch.

You suffer from the Broken Status Effect for the entire Trial, but benefit from the following effects:

  • Pools of Blood are suppressed.
  • When injured or dying, Grunts of Pain are reduced by 100%.
  • You make no breathing noises
  • Your Recovery speed is increased by 50%.
  • You can recover fully from the Dying State
  • Your footsteps are 50% quieter
  • Your scratch marks disappear 4 seconds sooner
  • Press the Active Ability button while running to dash forward.
  • Avoid any damage during the Dash.
  • Dashing causes the Exhausted Status Effect for 20 seconds and cannot be used while Exhausted

I know that these are a lot of things in one perk slot, but keep in mind that No Mither keeps you injured forever no matter what with the only way you can take a hit being via Endurance status effect. Anway, the goal of these changes is to make No Mither the biggest trade off and give your risk a reward, making you injured all the time, but giving you a buffed old Dead Hard, Iron Will, Buffed Unbreakable and Buffed Lightweight, making you what is essentially someone who refuses to stay dead and refuses to get caught. In a shorter sense, No Mither would make you a super survivor outside and inside chase, but the irony is that you're injured permanently, making a DBD version of a glass cannon.

  • All exhaustion perks all have a 40s timer

But I feel like with No Mither it wouldn't be so bad to have a 20s timer because you're injured all the time, it's like equaling a health state to 20s of Exhaustion, it's just to balance for the fact you're injured forever

  • I'm sorry but that would make dead hard busted as #########. It would be basically dead hard for distance without needing to get to a pallet or window. Not to mention iron will with it too. I assume that its a 25 second exhaustion effect cause if it was just a 25 second cool down it would be better than dh for distance. Not to mention the no mither changes...

25 seconds for that effect is too much.
