Well, as far as I am aware, he doesn't make anyone oblivious unless the survivor picking up the box counts. So ideally you would use Hex: Plaything. But any perks that inflict oblivious should work.
His perk makes hooked guys oblivious
I think the achievement is bugged so you can't get it. If you could, playing Freddy would be the easiest way since he automatically inflicts oblivious.
Anyone know if they bothered to fix this yet?
They'll probably mention it in the next bug fix.
This is BHVR we're talking about...
They posted it on the patch notes as a known issue so expect a fix with the 5.2.1 hotfix or the 5.2.2 midchapter
