Cloak/Uncloak spam + Basekit Windstorm too strong (Wraith)
Either revert the changes or give the cloak a power cooldown (during chases?)

He's fine. Just nerf his All Seeing - "Blood" and we have a deal, his base-kit is perfect.
If you give his cloak a cooldown during chases, you're actually encouraging more hit & run playstyles which are boring af to go against.
I dont think he needs any nerfs or reverting. he needs some addons nerfed is all.

Omg Wraith is fine. Stop complaining because you lose to him. If you’re struggling against him, learn how to improve rather than screaming for nerfs.
How is a killer using his power a "spam"? That's like saying Huntress spams hatchets and Nurse spams blinks.
I wouldn't touch him tbh. But too many people complain so he won't escape the nerf hammer eventually.
