Pinhead would destroy Leatherface easily.

Well then leatherface easily. Pinheads power would be useless against bubba since he has to get within chainsaw distance to do anything with him.

True, but all Pinhead has to do is keep him at bay until the box comes into full affect. Then, once he's bound by the chains, Pinhead can go in and kill him.
If we’re going purely by their DbD appearance and abilities, Pinhead would win by virtue of mere patience. Eventually, the chain hunts will begin and Bubba simply can’t come into effective range anymore. They run at exactly the same speed, so Bubba can’t catch up to Pinhead so long as he keeps moving away until the hunt begins. Bubba can pick up the box, but needs to take time to solve it to stop the hunts, giving Pinhead an opportunity to strike.
If we’re going by their movie appearances… Without question, Pinhead would win with ease. Leatherface is ultimately just a guy with a chainsaw. Pinhead is…much, much more. Not to mention he’s far smarter than Bubba.

He cant tho. he has to smack leatherface twice and get up close to him. Like no killer is beating leatherface in melee range unless they can get up to him without him seeing htem in time to rev their chainsaw.
Pinhead uses the chain addon that damages, and just hits him a second time. You'd have to think that the passive chains pestering bubba would interrupt any attempt at a chainsaw charge, like it does fixing gens, etc.
All Pinhead has to do is summon multiple chains and use them to bust up the chainsaw like he does with pallets. Heck, he can use his chains to trip up Bubbi while the saw is running and have him cut himself.
Leatherface is a regular human being. Pinhead is an interdimensional demon.

But Billy cone just come flying in out of nowhere and tag him. Huntress could also get him with hatches. I do agree though leatherface definitely would take him if he couldn't catch him off gaurd.
Okay, I know you said dbd power. But if we're going off a dbd power lore, Pinhead is the best.
But, in terms of gameplay, I still wanna say Pinhead. Leatherface downs like a maniac, but Pinhead can slow down the game rather pleasantly
This isn't even a fair fight. A more debatable outcome would be pinhead vs pyramid head cause bubba would get absolutely destroyed.
Leatherface stares across at Pinhead, tilting his head curiously. This was a face the likes of which he had never seen before. It's a mask that would definitely be a valuable addition to his collection. Revving up his Chainsaw, Leatherface prepares to butcher Pinhead.
Pinhead looks unimpressed with Leatherface's plan of attack. With a simple raise of his right hand index finger, a chained hook speeds past Pinhead and buries itself in Leatherface's left arm. With his bound arm swinging outward, Leatherface drops the chainsaw.
Pinhead watches on. Leatherface, pained yet curious, looks at the hook caught in his own flesh. He suddenly lunges his left arm forward, and with a blood-splattering tear of skin, detaches himself from the hook.
Raising his brow, Pinhead almost seems impressed at Leatherface's escape. Reaching in to his apron, Leatherface produces a hammer. He glares toward Pinhead, breathing heavily with anger.
Pinhead looks at the vengeful cannibal; "Enough games." he says calmly. Pinhead extends both hands in a passive gesture. Leatherface seems confused at the pale demon's behaviour. Suddenly several chains dart toward Leatherface, the sharp hooks penetrating his filthy flesh. Leatherface howls in agony as the chains attach to his every limb. He is suspended by the the metal tools of torture, hanging and helpless...like many a victim he brought to his kitchen. For a brief moment, he understood the impact of the pain and suffering he dealt on many a potential meal.
Pinhead steps closer to weeping Leatherface. "You've had your last supper." and with a simple nod of his head, the chains pull Leatherface's body to pieces, tearing his deranged soul apart in a massacre of blood and flesh.
WINNER: PINHEAD

Pinhead chains Bubba's right hand, swings, and untill Bubba gets to charge his chainsaw, Pinhead already got his second hit in. Pinhead uses his Cypress mori and sends bubba into the ground.

2. He chained his hand and that clearly occurs in game. While chained, you can't use items.

Since it's based on their in-game powers, I'd say Pinhead. He'll likely be able to trap Bubba with his hook & chain before Bubba could swing his chainsaw, and then Pin Man will shred Bubba.

Spare no detail. And try to not neglect all of Bubba's actions in your explanation.

It's so common when people get into these imaginary battles. They always imagine the side they pick to be flipping around like ninjas and doing all the cool things they wanna see. But then the opposing party is always just standing there AFK.

When the battle begins, pinhead quickly chains Bubba's hand while he tried to charge his chainsaw. He hits him, and while Bubba tries once more to charge his chainsaw, Pinhead already ended the cooldown animation and swings again.
Why can't Bubba do anything while chained??? You never explain this. You just assume it.
Even Survivors can do things while chained.
Even if you randomly assume he can't rev the chainsaw while chained, how about M1'ing? Best Pinhead could do is equally trade M1's, chains be damned.
And frankly, if we look at common themes of the chains, and control schemes... It's MORE likely that Bubba wouldn't be able to M1, but WOULD be able to chainsaw.
Also, you're wrong about Pinhead's M1 cooldown. Only way he gets two M1's before being chainsawed down is with some hefty Save the Best stacks. But even allowing perks, which we shouldn't, where did he get stacks from?
How can Bubba swing his hammer with force if his hand is literally chained? Even if he somehow manages to swing, it will tear his hand flesh and be more like a tickle considering the lack of momentum.
Also, there is one thing you are forgetting. Regardless of game powers, Pinhead is still impossible to kill with human wielded weapons. Unless Leatherface is a Cenobite himself, he can't hurt Pinhead.
