Why do they call the xp bonus for missing an attack a near miss?
It's a near hit. A hit is a near miss.
"Look they nearly missed."
Yes, but not quite."

This is the same team who spelled the name Susie in 2 different ways in the same story
It can kinda mean both,
near means close,
a close hit
=
a close miss
It sounds fine to me. It was a miss but it was near. Just google "near miss" and you'll find the definition.
In case you missed it this is a reference to something George Carlin said

"Near miss" doesn't mean "nearly missed", it means "close, but a miss".
Again it's a George Carlin reference

I use NOED cause makes survivors exposed, but I never seen Kate Denson naked yet in my matches.
ITS THE SAME PROBLEM, BROTHER!
Dammit I wanted to see some exposed survivors.
