She has always had those bugs. If you look on bug reporting you will still find an open report on this

Every since her changes, years ago, Nurse has been a buggy mess, but devs have yet to fix her.
if they havent fixed her years ago then they probably will not now
Usually when this happens to me I search a locker and it fixes it
I wish quality of life and bugs would be priority instead of chapters and new skins
