He is not anyway sexual in nature he is a reflection of a desire for self punishment and relates to murder, there were plenty of reflections of repressed sexual urges in silent hill and phead wasn't one of them.

No he's murdering a mannequin but a lot of people took that as a sexual assault scene because it looked so bizarre.

I genuinely thought his amazing looking skin was the jacked up version, you can have him you just gotta swipe the credit card, speaking of which I really want that skin coz it looks amazing so accepting skin donations.

And it is supposed to be the one from the games, the devs themselfs said so.
You can recognize original Pyramid Head by his quad shaped pyramid.
Non-original Pyramid Head (used in movies and other Silent Hill games) always has that pointy Pyramid.
