I may have found a workaround to lag spikes again.
I turned my graphic settings on medium instead of low and so far I've gotten barely any lag spikes they happen from time to time but not as often if your PC can handle it try turning your graphics on Medium see if it works for you as well again i can't stress enough im on PC this may not work for Console.

On console you can't put your settings to other graphics :(
That sucks :/ I actually didn't know since I only play on PC thank you for the information going forward.
Bro legit if you aren't gonna comment something on topic don't comment at all. Seriously not the end of the world.
Nah just well versed in the point of posts if you are just gonna comment unneeded things to the discussion then what's the point in commenting then. It offered nothing to the conversation at that point just go outside touch some grass. Also if you are more worried about someones grammar more than the point of the post something is honestly wrong with you. You don't know if the person you're talking too is even well versed in English yet you sit there and mock them real mature man.
Why not?
For console, we can clear the cache out, which has helped my end. Doing it once every fortnight usually works fine. Shame about the graphics option not being a thing with console, but maybe that technique will help someone?
As its derailed with a few comments, a reminder to keep the discussion on topic, please.
depending on the systems and power & driver settings it could be from (this game wildly spikes with gpu usage ons ome maps) the gpu going from low powered to suddenly hitting more demanding spots and the game hitches for a sec as the power spikes to meet the momentary demand. there should be settings for amd but idk them, but for nvidia once in a while a game needs 'prefer maximum performance' for me... like red dead redemption 2. this game often has my gpu at base clocks, no boost, and once in a while even underclocks in specific areas and that was when I noticed the hitch myself when killer effects and cam angles made the clock speed and voltage jump again (from watching RTSS, a killer that often does this for me would be oni).
depending on whether your gpu is powerful enough or not, that may be the case if the game isn't constantly pushing it along hard for it. try a profile for the game in your graphic driver's GUI and set the equivalent to prefer maximum performance, whatever setting tells the gpu to remain in a high powered state for that specific game regardless of the level of gpu usage at points in it.
