The F13 lawsuit being over could mean Jason comes before Candyman
Just found out the lawsuit is over which is great, but the devs have stated multiple times that Jason has a standing invitation to DBD. It was pretty much guaranteed that Candyman would be the next licensed killer, but since Jason's become available its possible the wait for Candyman will be even longer.

Stephen King is a curmudgeon more than the rest who does not like to seder his license so easily.
Why would he be a skin for Trapper apart from the movie in 2009 Jason never used traps so he has nothing to do with Trapper and his play style, BHVR would loss to much money just to make Jason a skin you will have F13th fans coming over to play this game and getting the DLC for Jason, Jason will be able to have more then 1 skin each movie he wore something different,
I really don't know why people keep saying Trapper and Jason are the same so just do a skin, They are 2 different killers with different I.E Jason would stalk people before killing Trapper doesn't.
You do understand that Trapper was originally a stand in for Jason until they could get the license (before the lawsuit drama) just as Billy was a stand in for Leatherface and in my opinion even wraith was a loose stand in for Freddy. Jason is the only big icon still missing and they legit modeled their FIRST killer after him. I think they're fans enough to take him if possible.
Just because a killer was a stand in for another one does not mean there is no reason for them to get the license for the original, Jason is nothing like the trapper apart from maybe 2 things the weapon and maybe the mask everything else about Trapper has nothing to do with Jason.
Go back and watch all the movies and you will see Jason stalks his victims (Trapper does not do this), Jason is able to break though stuff with ease another thing trapper can't do, F13th fans do not want a new skin for Trapper and i'm sure there is plenty off DBD players that would rather Jason as a killer then a skin for Trapper,

Just make Jason a legendary skin for Trapper and get an original concept for a killer into the game. They were already doing a decent job with their latest releases maybe excluding Nemesis which has different killer mechanics all in 1.
The news was broken by Corey Feldman. He apparently bumped in to a lawyer at a party.
So order a huge trailer full of salt, then cancel the order. Next.
