He has the same problem with other cosmetics as well, not only this one.
When he crouches his pants are not even on his torso. That’s a problem. They are sagged to the next dimension
I knew I wasn’t the only one who noticed!
On average, the wrist is past the groin when the arm isn’t bent (Ace’s arm is bent). In this case, his finger tips aren't even below it.

Looking back, several of his outfits had this problem. But this time everyone noticed, probably because it’s a really good cosmetic with that flaw
On reddit someone even posted a fix tjet made. Couldn’t be hard for the devs.
