Isn't there already a skin for hag named medusa or something?
I think medusa plague would be better just because her weapon opens up more possibilities for intricate design
It's not really medusa as its roots not snakes but yes there is one with Medusa in the title
Also i mean eh They could do something more for Plague i think Medusa Hag is just fitting her model would be able to handle it well.

omg yasssss, unfortuantly i dont think they will change the way victor looks. unless they give killers power cosmetics, like rainbow puke for plague ect. or confetti when a hag trap is tripped
