Bring back spinning while in the dying state

Please, it gave me something to do while slugged and I miss doing it. Sometimes (rarely) the killer would join in or show mercy and give hatch. It's annoying that now, all I could do, it squirm. Bring it back please!

    Now its just 4 times as easier to moonwalk in the dying state, you could probably do it on controller at least.

    The "moonwalk" you can do where you swish your body back and forth in a spine-breaking display while crawling backwards is a fine alternative in my book 😄
