Does Franklin's deplete placed items?
To specify "placed" I mean when a survivor places an item on the ground rather then dropped items from Franklin's .

Will new franklin's deplete placed items?
No, only ones you knocked out of hand.
They will be revealed to you once on the ground though
Do you know if new franklin's will deplete the one's placed on the ground by survivors?
I haven't played the ptb but i'm fairly sure it won't
Franklin's modifies your attack to have an effect. It's not a global modifier
no it only will work if you knock out it from survivor hand
No Franklins will only deplete the charges of items that have been smacked out of your hand...if you voluntarily place the item on the ground, you will not lose charges on it.
