Nemesis Vaccine should work with some perks

Hoarder should work with Nemesis' cases. Coulrophobia should slow down vaccine use (neither of these two currently do) and Nurses Calling should see people healing through walls. With small changes like this it could even be possible to finally use that god-awful Umbrella badge. Any other interactions that should work with perks?

    How would that work? Like if hoarder spawns 2 additional vaccine cases but with lower rarity vaccines 😂

    Hoarder also reveals people opening cases. Which for Vaccine cases they don't but they should. They DO warn when they pickup the Vaccine but I think thats already a addon for the guy

    They removed that part from hoarder.
