The devs said they would be diverting effort from less important events into the bigger ones?
So then all this extra effort is just copy and paste from last year's anniversary but with a slightly altered crown?
Damn.
They must've been using all that diverted effort for this event and it really shows.
On a serious note I will be surprised if they add anything new as they can't even get one of their most important chapters right.

So how does OP (apparently) already know everything about the event? All we've seen is a cosmetic. That's it.
If they wanted to recycle an event, they could've gone with Scorching Summer BBQ, which definitely needs another chance.
Can we at least wait for the dev blog next week that details the new event before we start complaining.
We know 3 things.
Theres stackable cake
If you run a cake theres some sort of personal effect
Theres crowns.
Other than that we know nothing. The personal effect might be something bsd ass. Ill say though i hope theres something more than the crown pedastels. I guess we'll see
Given their track record recently i think its justified. If they want me to stop complaining they need to do better.
We also know that items which produce lots of confetti (so the 4th year Medkits + Flashlights; these could see a return or we could see a 5th Year version which functions the same), as well as a 5th Year Toolbox will exist. This was from the 5th Anniversary Broadcast.
