I just got a dc penalty for something i didnt do
So its my first game of the day, and i used a bps for the chapter tommorow. not five minutes in, i get kicked saying that the game was idle or someone was on a different device using my account. But neither of these are possible because i just got on, and i only have one account. Thanks dbd for making the grind even harder

Sounds like someone may have hacked your account. Either that or you're using Family Share and don't remember.

Your account can be hacked on any platform, there's no reason why playing on a PS4 would prevent that.
Instead of coming here and saying it's not possible(By the way it can happen on PS4) you should be doing everything to secure your account just in case it did happen

Your credentials can be leaked any number of ways. If you ever used the same email and password virtually anywhere else, there's always a chance someone will hack that place and try your credentials on various websites and services.
EDIT: Hell, PSN was hacked back in 2011. Wouldn't surprise me if it'd happened again.
Change your passwords asap
You need to change your password, not just here but anywhere you used that password. Right before my email got broken into and my other accounts (like battle net, steam, Facebook) became someone's new toy my psn account fell first.
Think of it as a canary in a coal mine. Don't argue with us, you are losing time if heaven forbid someone is in your stuff.
