Still waiting for someone to tell me how buffing the bad solos is going to help...

So actually read the post this time, last time everyone skipped the post and just went into argue mode.

So we all play or at least have versed solos quite often, the thing that separates these solos massively is the 1-4 survivors that clearly have no knowledge of loops and go down in 5 seconds or there will be survivors that just arent doing generators (the only objective)

So someone explain to me how giving these sort of survivors built in extra perks will change anything? You really think kindred will make that player who ignores gens actually do them? No it wont. You think kindred will actually make that survivor last longer than 5 seconds in chase? No it wont.

All these changes do is affect the already good players which make a balanced game. The only reason solo is so bad at times is those players who cant loop or dont do gens and that's not a solo issue that's a ranking issue. Prove me wrong.

  • That’s not the issue. That’s a separate issue that can be fixed with better tutorials.

The problem is with no info things like unhooking unsafely and 3 gens become very common and the only way to fix this is through info perks being base kit or a pinging system like apex

  • You're trying to use one issue to discredit another. Bad survivors and solo que being awful are two completely different things.

  • It won't, but also sticking 4 bad players together on comms won't make them any better so it's two completely seperate issues you're slapping together and hoping it makes sense to people who don't understand the fundamental issues at play.

  • Bad survivors can be in solo or in a SWF. SWF mitigates players being bad by other players giving them instructions and telling them when and when not to do things - "don't unhook me, the killer's chasing you, run in the opposite direction instead", "don't open that exit gate yet", "follow me to this jungle gym and then we'll heal", "the killer is coming back, don't just crouch there asking for a heal, ######### run!"

Imagine if you could tell the Blendy urban evading to your hook that the killer is on the other side of the map chasing Nea and that it's safe to run. Or the Dwight that there is zero reason for him to be in that locker right now, will you please get on this gen.

Well no, my point is if none of those players are within your team that's when the games become more balanced. As a solo player myself I dont struggle, I mean its be nice if I didnt have to do the longest chases and most of the gens...

Well no, you are correct. However let's say we ignore those bad players the game becomes far more balanced as you get at least 1 every match if not more atm which affects the game massively. A full solo team of good survivors is a difficult thing for most killers, we always compare very skilled killers beating average swf but they should... they're better skilled but average killer cant. When high skilled survivors can beat high skilled killers that means average survivors can beat average killers but people arent taking that into consideration either
