The penalty increases the more they DC. However, it definitely shouldn't start at 30 minutes. There are outages, small emergencies, and so on.
That happens after multiple dcs. Plus people have bad internet due to the pandemic still raging on. Not a chance.
It is intentional that the Penalty starts low. A Crash can always happen, something completely unintentional. Not everyone who DCs does it due to a Ragequit.
If people DC quite often, DC-Penalties will increase over time, so those who DC the most will also get high punishments.
People who DC will do it no matter how big penalty there is.
Instead of punishing them more, I would rather if killer and remaining survivors got something out of ruined match more than those 600 Abandonment points. Its a joke
