I don't think its over powered. I just want my rank 20 team mates that some how sit at red ranks to use something that is actually useful instead of wasting a perk slot.

I think urban evasion should stay how it is. Just because some people dont use it correctly does not mean everyone should be punished
This perk is in my top tier of perks, It works better than exhaustion because it relies on you knowing killer position and not being caught rather than thinking you are going to be caught it helps to negate a core part of the game take it with spine chill on gens and you can crawl to an object loop it while killer looks around not leaving scratch marks and bam the killer leaves or if he does not you leave using the environment as cover to go and work on another gen. The most frustrated killer is one who cannot even find a survivor, therefore not knowing what gens are being completed.
its a good perk but solo queue teammates just use it the wrong way. it can be good for sneaking around corners if the killer is at your generator, good for dodging hatchets, not giving myers stalk
Its not a good perk. Its a waste of a slot. Does literally nothing for you in a match.
