If you CRAWL out the gates you shouldnt be running at the end, but crawling out.
People dead should not be running with you at the end!

Actually, the lore states, when someone is killed, the Entity revives them and wipes the death from their mind. This is so they don't lose hope too fast (or otherwise get used to dying).
So the people running with you at the end are healed/revived, unaware of what happened, so they will continue to hope that they can escape when they open the gates next time.
By lore, the Entity revive all survivors, either healing their injuries or literally bringing them back from the dead. The ending screen might be the aftermath of this process.
I just want the animation, the dead people sacrificed to the entity did not escape si why the heck are they running with me?
OMG no, please leave the entity and all it's so called stuff out, survs who have died should not be running at the end like they have escaped, give me a hatch escape see the person just slipped down and let me see people crawling to the fire
It might be the aftermath of the Entity doing what he said, then sending you back to the campfire.
