Is the Last Standing perk still in the game, or has it been removed?

Have BHVR finally removed Last Standing from the game? I recall that come The Twins chapter, they said they were going to reuse files from the unreleased The Teacher killer. But did they do anything about Last Standing which is a pre-release version of Left Behind, that for whatever reason made it into the game itself, and hadn’t been removed for several years?

This is not a report or complaint about spotting a Survivor using Last Standing - this is a question. Have they deleted the unreleased perk from the game, or have they not?

    the icon for it is still in the files so im sure it's still there to be used by a hackers

    So they still haven’t removed it then? Four entire years give or take and they still haven’t deleted the perk from the game? A perk that was a pre-release version of a now existing perk, that somehow made it into the game, and they still haven’t removed it?

    It's a perk that is attainable by hacking the game, I believe. Never seen someone use it though.

    What point are you trying to make? If it doesn't do any harm why remove it when they may end up using it another time?
