Does it still reduce noises range when there are several people working on the same gen? Or does it work only when you are solo repairing?

The perk is designed more for people who are just starting out and need to train the skill tests without their teammates insulting their mother..

Although on the other hand it is somewhat ironic that the ability belongs to a DLC character ... or perhaps that was the idea to encourage the purchase.

Is Feng considered DLC still? I didn't know you could still buy only the base game now
