Hex: Crowd Control will be the Twins best perk

Charlotte does well with chase perks like Spirit Fury, Bamboozle and Enduring because she's a standard M1 Killer.

Victor doesn't do well with chase perks because he can't activate them, so there's some anti-synergy.

Hex: Crowd Control fixes these issues. It gives Charlotte AND Victor some help in chases. Because Hex perks still keep their effects when Victor is being used and Victor really appreciates having counterplay to vault loops because he usually struggles with them.

    I didn't actually think of that :O. I'd imagine putting Charlotte in front of the hex when mostly everyone is injured could be pretty strong.

    It's going to be a priority to cleanse as a survivor in my opinion. Like immediately. That's how good it is.

    Its a hex. Even the strongest hex devour hope is not meta even with new undying because of it's randomness. Window blocker is cool but not when it gets destroyed in 50% of your games before 1st chase

    We tested it on PTB against bamboozle at loops to see which was better; and honestly like 7/10 times Bamboozle was the better perk. Unfortunately.

    The like 30% of the time the hex is better is probably not worth having your actual hex totem broken and leaving you with nothing, versus one that is better more often and lasts all game.

    Crowd Control works best on things like Double T walls and the reception desk on Midwich, but usually bamboozle shuts down everything you need it to well enough and even those areas it's only slightly worse.


    That being said, you are probably on to something with synergy with The Twins, I wouldn't say meta, but it should be decent for the reasons you mentioned.

    yes, but there is just one tiiiiiny problem....."crowd control" is an hex totem...it will get cleanse in few seconds/minutes after the game start.
