To build on OP’s post, the new Wraith movement speed is 6.0 m/s.
Windstorm values: Uncommon is 6.3 m/s, rare is 6.4 m/s, and very rare is 6.5 m/s.
Thank you, if they stack up they should give the exactly same movement speed as before.

O wow that's significant. Might be possible run addons that arent windstorm
The Speed Increase is around 18%. So he got something between green Windstorm (16%) and purple Windstorm (20%) as Basekit. This is very good. So if you were using green Windstorm before, you can basically stop using Windstorm at all, if this speed was enough for you.
More than enough. Glad wraith is finally getting some love. I can finally use bone Clapper and shadow dance without feeling awful

So I don't need to bother running Windstorm anymore on Wraith!? Hallelujah! Finally Wraith is getting the buffs he need, and it took a long time to finally give him built-in Windstorm. Now if only we can just get three traps at base for Trapper to start..
