New exhaustion perk idea

Hello people in the Fog!!

I have an idea for a new exhaustion perk. I´ll explain it:

When you do a fast vault on a window or pallet, if the killer is on the other side, you stun him during 3 seconds, like Head On. If he´s carrying a survivor, he will drop it. It gives the exhaustion status effect during 60/50/40 seconds.

The animation can be a vault with legs straighten up, kicking the killer and stunning him.

Tell me what you think about this idea :)

  • I think this could end up being one of the most abusable perks in the game, especially with how often people are downed whilst vaulting a window.

  • Way too situational and close to Lithe. Plus, I foresee the survivor simply getting downed while still being exhausted on the ground - just like many instances of Dead Hard.

    Pass.

Yeah, but it gives the exhausted effect, so it´s not that spammable. If you decide to use it, you can´t Dead Hard next to it, for example, and you can´t use it in the time you are exhausted.

It can seem to be situational, but can use it too when the killer is going to break a pallet, if he´s going to break it, just before he starts the animation. It can be useful too on some loops. Related to being exhausted on the ground, usually Head On stun has priority over the hit.

Yeah but that's still a stun on the killer by vaulting a window or pallet, and there are a lot of windows and pallets

Yeah, but when the killer notice you have it, he can bait he´s going to a window or dropped pallet and make the survivor vault it without stunning the killer, being a free hit. It´s probably a strong perk but, is it stronger than Dead Hard?

  • The first thing I'm thinking about is to get the pallet stun, and then to get the exhaustion perk stun, that would be just terrible and super annoying for killers. Even if the idea is kind of cool, in games that would be awful.

And in 4SWF, pallet stun + stun + stun + stun + stun. A thing you can't do with Head On because of the 3 seconds you have to wait in a locker.

Yeah, that definetely could be a problem... I´m going to think about a way to avoid that ^^

Edit: I have thought that maybe the perk can only work if the killer hasn´t been stuned in the last 3 seconds, in order to avoid the stun abuse. If the killer gets stunned, and you inmmediately try to use this perk, it is not going to work.

People would just time it to abuse it anyway.

And people would just loop the killer to the shack (or any other tile with a window) and abuse the system to stun the killer and run off, without the need for pallets to do it.

A big no for me. The killer is the one who's supposed to attack the survivors, not the other way around.

Yeah, but it´s not as abusable as Decisive+ Head On combo. It supposes 2 guarantee stuns (around 8 seconds stunned). With the vault stun perk, that would not happen, because it would not work until 3 seconds after the last stun. The killer has the option to avoid another stun with the perk with the 3 seconds.
