Are 360's being removed/heavily nerfed a bug? (Wanting a mod reply or something)

^Title. Imo was one of the only thing that added excitement to the game, for me at least. So I'm just asking if 360's are coming back/getting reverted because I don't see any reason they had to remove them.

I pulled off a really nice one earlier but the killer was likely 90% blinded by corn..
