Open handed stack for kindred but the interaction is bugged for those survivors who do not have kindred themselves (range they see killer at when a fellow teammate with kindred is hooked seems to be still capped at 24m, albeit it's just a rough estimation).
There apparentlyused to be a cap which was removed at some point, butyou'll just never see more than 1 open handed in a match so it doesn't really matter

It def does. They also wanted to buff Open Handed in the last PTB, but i think they canceld that. (Why?)
I'm not sure if they did cancel that but I don't think open handed needed a buff in the first place. 32m with kindred is just too much.
I do think the cap is 1 Open Handed kinda like only 1 Prove Thyself count ^^
AFAIK it does not have a hard cap of 24m, so that can be increased.
Open Handed was due to PTB and again afaik it will be addressed in a future update.

It’s 24m of additional aura reading, so right now 3 open handeds max it out

If that's the case, that's most likely the reason they have to overthink the buff from the PTB.

It only stacks in the current patch. It won't stack in the next patch.
The ptb patch notes made it so only one instance will stack, but at 16m. It stacks on live servers right now at 8m t3.
However the open handed change was not in the ptb so I don’t think it will be coming to live.
