Basically SW is worse than Built to Last in my opinion.

So it would be cool if they made it counter to Franklin's.

So it would still give 25% more charges, but if killer has Franklin's you dont drop the item ( you still lose X% of the charges)

I think these sorts of binary perk counters aren't very interesting or good for the game.
