do you think ghostface would be a little too strong if they made his shroud recovery to 20 seconds?
We can all agree on the fact anyone who play ghostface 85% of the time use recovery add-ons, because it's his power and also because it takes way too long be able to use it again, but if they made it to 20 seconds and obviously reduced the add-ons recovery speed for it (2-3-4 seconds), would ghostface be a little too strong? like going to the A tier?? because a ghostface in the right hands is devastating.

Ghostface is unlikely going to become a top tier killer by reducing his shroud cooldown. He's still an M1 killer meaning he's still prone to being looped. Plus a lot of maps don't have a lot of LoS blockers so you can still see ghostface coming a mile away.
Is Ghostface A tier with full recovery addons? No
So would giving him faster recovery at base make him A tier? No
Good change but it wouldn't fix his issues significantly enough to change his tier.
Eh. Probably not, but idk. It'd certain stop the reliance on his cooldown add--ons for a lot of people.
He's still an M1 Killer with no map pressure.
He needs his ability cooldown reduced to 20 plus an overhaul to his add-ons.

Tier is assuming someone playing them to the best of their ability, not on average. Otherwise Nurse wouldn't be S tier, but she is.
Ghostface isn't A even with the best player as we are assuming best players on survivor as well for an accurate gauge of potential.
No not really. Ik for sure it would encourage me to stalk more with him.
I'm most likely wrong but isn't 20 seconds chewed pen recovery? I believe it is 22 seconds but I'm unsure but I don't think that is a massive buff, just a nice QoL improvement.
He would be so much nicer to play as and probably you would see more ghostface.
In theory, it wouldn't be that silly because he can easily broken out of stealth.
In practice, the los mechanic barely works. I could be staring him dead in the face and the game tell me I'm hallucinating.
As Weenie said, I wouldn't have an issue with it, but the Break Out mechanic should be smoother for Survivor, and possibly not effected as heavily by add-ons. (Because currently, the Break Out mechanic is busted on both sides.)

The Reveal mechanic isn't affected by add-ons, though. The Driver's License doesn't do anything - it's bugged and has been for a long time. Don't think he has any others; and even if he does, how often do you see Ghostface using anything other than recharge or stalk rate while not leaning?
