this is been bothering me for a little bit now
this is been bothering me for a quite a bit now. Why don't we have the devil himself into dbd. I been looking at how the devil for a while and how to defeat him like that. But i don't really see anyone thinking of adding the devil into dbd or call him Lucifier I don't mind who you call him but its like its been eating me up for a little bit.

like he could have a force type of thing that will stop the survivor for a few seconds and he/she can hit her like that and i was thinking about someone like blight or wraith have a red firing killer like savini jason from f13th.

well yeah but we could have satan and the entity could limited the devil powers and not make him strong like that. Its not like he is going to take over the entity
Why?
Satan is one of many mythological evils throughout human history. He's not a character set in stone. Even in his own mythology he isn't set in stone. For all we know in-universe 'satan', 'lucifer' etc might just be one of many names given to the entity by those aware of it.
For example: We know Plague mistakes the Entity for her god, and people like Deathslinger or Wraith might perceive it as the devil himself.
she he is a mythological evil thing in all of the universe but he could still fit into the dbd realm as a different killer and all the others will have a skins from all the demons like Raphel could be someone and other's could fit the killer with anicent Greece and Rome and we could have god as a survivor and have skins from when it started and through the timeline

Not even talking bout the shitstorm this would bring down over dbd, but... why?
It's to risky putting any sort of religious figure into the game. (Plague being a priestess is different though just because it was for an ancient belief system that doesn't exist and probably never existed)
Yeah, man, I can't think of even one reason why it would be a really bad idea to add a real-world religion's embodiment of evil to this game as a playable character. I'm sure it would go over well and not cause a fuss with anyone.
i was thinking if anyone is instersted into having lucifer but it will kinda cool to see lucifer into dbd but its ok if the devs don't do it

I like the idea but I think he could be a legendary skin for blight as the devil might be better since we have Krampus and minotaur a devil skin might be possible
Something demonic would be really awesome (look at how amazing they did with Demogorgon and Oni) but outright the devil, I don't see happening as it could rub people the wrong way.
like that if they don't add lucifier as a playable killer then we can get a skin for oni or maybe blight
It's a fictional universe. The Entity is the ancient evil in dbd. Similar to the devil.
Also it's very controversial to add a religious based figure. Non-christians would likely find it discriminating and christians would find it offensive that Satan could be subdued by something more evil...
I agree the only way we could have a devil killer is a skin for blight tbh like krampus for trapper

because its kinda like in real life with the entity if there is a heaven and hell and if the entity is a hell then the devil could be in the game

the entity is not a realm. by your logic the entity is the devil.
I highly advise you, op, that you take others disagreements into accounts - people can still disagree with you on ideas. That does not mean they are being rude or aggressive towards you. Disagreements are a normal part of discussions, so people are free to say they might not like an idea and don't think it'll be a good fit in the game. For others, always remain respectful and civil. People can make their threads, so try to not come in to just bash their ideas or whatsoever.
I can already confirm this won't happen - the devs have confirmed they won't put anything in relation to real life into the game, e.g. with Plague they created their own complete "religion" per se around her.
This means, anything like the devil himself, whichever you are looking at, as there are different kinds depending on the mythology and religion you're looking at, won't be added into the game really. It may be similar to something we have, but it won't ever be the same.
