Hit Validation and more Real facts.
I'snt making the validation hit is just picking the side with better connection is just as bad as not using it?
think about it. 1 of the two sides will have to pay the price for it.
im using insanely good network with 0.2jitter optic fiber network. i have 0 package lost,. 1gb download and 100mb upload, my regular pings are around 70-80. and yet the hit validation cancel some of my hits i get when i play killer.
in better coded games my ping would even get better and i also wont be punished as much as i am in dbd.
also as survivor it wont help me with dead hard, im 80% of the times getting down while using dead hard perfectly and its even shown that its activate. and thats with the new (validation). without it.. it would be the same way just i wont be missing(connected hits) as much as a killer.
the best solution is to recode the game better, take a break from content and put like 3-4 months into dbd. i know you guys are capable and you can do it if you put time for it. but i know marketing is too important for you and you most likely wont do it. actually if you know rainbowsix did took a break to fix their bugs and it paid off.
also the new graphics are not finished(they are cool but there are too many visible pixels), u can even see the pixels on objects everywhere all over the maps and i hope it will be fixed soon. even shape changed objects can effect the game.
in any case, Love DBD and hope the best for it, thats why im here to post.

Hit Validation prioritises the people with better pings to a server - so yes if your ping is 70 and mine for example is 30, then my actions would be prioritised...it's done in the interest of fairness, as previously it was purely on the killers connection to the server. Your connection to the server is partly due to distance, the nearer you are to a server the better your ping (if your internet is decent and you're not on wifi).
Dead Hard has already been discussed and this perk will be looked into as it doesn't seem to work as intended on Dedicated Servers.
