Didn't play Billy for a long time, but his addons are massively nerfed

especially Tuned carburetor. It reduced your speed to 110% like Hag, and only decrease the charge time. whats up with this addon? the nerf to movement speed is huge and it only decrease chargetime slightly. if it was tremendously reduce charge time it might be okay, but as of now this should be a common yellow not Purple

please track your statistic to see if ppl uses this addon, i highly doubt any would

    Yeah, his addons are mostly garbage now. Try using the lopro chains, apex muffler, or iri brick instead.

    Instabilly was pretty annoying but a lot of these add ons he has now are so hilariously situational and worthless that I don't even bother with them.
