I guess so cause when the blights teaser came out his PTB came out a couple days later so I guess yes.
An spanish fog wisperer said the PTB releases next week.
Yeah it fits with their general time schedule of every 3 month a new chapter and 3 weeks before the PTB

Expect the reveal to be tuesday and the PTB on either thursday or Tuesday, however take that with a grain of salt
