Because people are hyper sensitive morons that choose to be like "Oh you can't say that, oh you can't write that." shits annoying. It's a game where people try to survive a literal torture dimension yet they see "Suicide Blade" and that's a problem.
We understand that the name of Legions weapon could be upsetting or otherwise harmful to some of our playerbase and the decision to change the name was made based on that.

Huh,did they change that in the recent bug fix update?
Anyway, i have absolutely no clue.
I'm pretty there was a similar situation where the devs changed the perk name cruel confinement to cruel limits
