This GF overdosed apparently and he literally got all the powers...ohhh BHVR you actually DID have plans for the event and didn't announce it to surprise everyone. I get it, a spooky halloween surprise how nice of you!
Also it would have been pretty awesome if this would have actually been a thing where the serum switches your power for that of another killer...this event was a huge missed opportunity for BHVR.

And I always just thought the "unknown effects" were the way the button used to activate the sprint might conflict with the usual power of many killers.
Why can fun stuff like this happen to me when I play dbd. I mean, even getting stuck on a roof or tree would be entertaining.
