  • Thanata's change makes 100% sense - you're supposed to want to heal, you shouldn't be punished for trying to do that.

    While it may fit the perks concept better, its still a nerf nonetheless. And some people simply think it shouldn't be nerfed.

    Sure, just bump up the gen slow down numbers a bit so they're equivalent to the slow-down to momentum given previously by the heal-slowdown.

    1% extra for completely losing heal-slowdown was just not a fair trade.

    Of course; people ran it in conjunction with Coulrophobia or on its own to make some pretty oppressive anti-healing builds. No one that uses a perk likes when it is nerfed =P

    That is from the Dev's and their "generator speeds are fine; we don't want to slow them down anymore" mentality they have stated they have now. They don't want to slow gen speeds down anymore - hence also why they went to a mentality of making sure generator-related perks do not synergize as well.
