"Moderately/Considerably/Tremendously reduce the feral frenzy cooldown(stun) duration when the legion does not swing.

Moderately: 1s

Considerably: 1.33s

Tremendously: 1.66s

Stacks, but the weaker addon has its effectiveness by 50%
