How should the generators sound like if you were making new sounds to the generator?

Anybody that has worked with generators IRL can explain to the devs in detail how a real generator should sound like and they might listen?

Isn't that how a train sounds like? ๐Ÿ˜‚

  • Might as well, right? ๐Ÿค—

  • The rip-cord engine revving noise would be fine if it was done a single time when a generator is being touched for the first time at 0% and again around 95~99% percent. It's when each generator makes repeated heeving lawnmower noises on a short loop while the survivor touches 2 wires together that it's like "Why are our headsets being attacked?"

yes that would be fine. at least it would sound like a generator rather then a car with a shot starter.

This exactly. ^ I think the noise would be cool if it was right at the start and right before the gen was completed. Idk why it plays throughout the entire process. I literally switched to the cords thinking itd stop being so loud. Nope lol. .
