Just TR, any other noises made by killers are still made. Makes Oblivious pretty useless on Huntress, Freddy, and other killers with easy ways to hear they're close.
@Oicimau it's equal to her terror radius which is 24m by default. Some perks can change Terror Radius and she also has an add on that means all survivors outside of her terror radius can hear her phasing.

Pretty sure it is not correct. Unless it was a bug that was fixed without announcement in the meantime. The TR seems to be not linked to the wooshing, I had games where you could hear both, phasing and TR, when standing near the edge of the TR range. Without specific TR changing addons/perks

So, her phasing sound is 24 m long (her base TR) or entire map (if using the addon), no matter how her TR may be changed by a perk. Is that it?

Gee if only Huntress also came with a perk to grant undetectable, and like, in the middle of a chase when they already know where you are. That would just be the peak of redundancy.

And The Spirits Phase sound area is 32 meters, right? Or is it equal to TR?
@Oicimau The phasing sound can be heard outside of the TR. So if the TR is 0 the phasing noise can be heard from anywhere
